Notice of changes to our Legal Agreements

Dear Carter Cart,

We're constantly working to make PayPal safer, simpler and more convenient for you. This means that from time to time we make changes to the terms of our User Agreement and other legal agreements to reflect the improvements we make to our service. To keep you informed, we've posted some updates on our website about some changes we'll be making soon to our legal agreements.

What do I need to do?

Click here to read the Policy Update or type[url] https://cms.paypal.com/ie/cgi-bin/?cmd=_render-content&content_ID=ua/upcoming_policies_full&locale.x=en_US, click ‘Legal Agreements’ at the bottom of the page and then ‘Policy Update’. It contains important information about when and how our legal agreements will change. All current legal agreements will apply until these changes take place.

If you agree to the changes, you don’t need to do anything, any updates will automatically apply to you. If you don't want to accept the changes, you can follow the steps we've provided on the Policy Update page.
